We offer free delivery within Nigeria via the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST).

Once an order is processed and shipped, delivery can be expected within 3-7 working days.
If an order is not received within the stated time, please get in contact with us immediately to resolve your issue.

We have two options for making international deliveries,

  1. The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST/EMS).

  2. An alternative Courier Service e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.

For offline orders, you will always be advised on an individual basis, dependent on the size of your order and its destination.

There is a N2000 (Naira) handling fee included in the cost of all International deliveries.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties or delays you may receive at your border, and you should ensure that you are permitted to import the items you buy into your country.



Oh Nine! Ninety promotes Eco-conscious, zero-waste living, and so uses plastic-free packaging.

All our product packaging can be guaranteed to be easily biodegradable and plastic-free.

As of present, it is a struggle to find local delivery companies that hold the same sentiment or dedication as we do concerning plastic waste; in particular, concerns about “plastic tape”.
We endeavour to inform the services we use about our business ethos and priorities, but cannot guarantee that along the line of re-packaging or preparing a product for delivery, they will not use some form of plastic to secure a package.
This is an issue we are tackling aggressively, and are very optimistic that we will be able to overcome in the near future. In the meantime, please bear with us.

Please give us feedback on the condition you received your order in, especially when it is not satisfactory. We are constantly trying to improve packaging and our overall service to you; and this will be very helpful towards giving you a more pleasant customer experience.



All sales once paid for and confirmed are final; and purchased items cannot be returned or refunded.

This does not affect any of your statutory consumer rights protected under Nigerian Law.

In the unlikely occurrence that you are dissatisfied with a purchase, or have received a **defective item, please get in touch with us within 3 working days of receiving the item to try and resolve the issue. We will deal with such issues on an individual basis.

**We do not accept liability for items damaged by delivery companies. We always endeavour to package items to avoid all foreseeable transport stress to the goods.

  1. What you fill out into our contact or order forms, for the purpose of contacting you to provide services you have requested to you and to personalize the services we give to you.

  2. What you put into our subscription box, for the purpose of marketing and updating you on important issues concerning Oh Nine! Ninety.

We do not sell or give this data to anyone without your consent e.g for the purpose of administering a service you have requested (e.g. to safely deliver your products, we will have to share your name, number and delivery address with a delivery service provider).

We only market to you/contact you:

  1. In relation/response to interest you have shown in our products.

  2. Because you agreed to be contacted by us e.g. via subscription, or filling a contact form.

You may request to be unsubscribed from our marketing and promotional content subscription at any point you want.

We monitor and analyze anonymous data from the traffic to our website, via Google Analytics for the purpose of marketing our products to the right audience, and improving the website content, and our overall service and experience to our customers.
We do not sell or share this data to anyone. This does not include the trusted third parties we use like Google Analytics to help them provide more accurate services to us, and ultimately increase your user satisfaction.
All this data is anonymous.
In a hopefully rare case we may release your information we collect in order to appropriately comply with Federal Laws in Nigeria, AND protect our store policies and other users of our website, to ensure propriety or their personal safety.

We may advertise third party content on our website with links, and hold no responsibility or liability towards the content they put on their linked sites. We definitely wish to protect our Oh Nine! Ninety site’s integrity, and welcome our customers to inform us on inappropriate or offensive material that these site links go to.



  1. By using our website, you consent to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  2. There is an included VAT charge on all items we sell.

  3. We endeavour to only show products in stock, and should there be a misunderstanding or mistake as to the availability of a product, we will give you a full refund of any money you may have paid.

  4. We have taken all great reasonable effort to ensure we are using a safe and secure ecommerce platform and you may use the Oh Nine! Ninety website with total peace of mind; but we do not accept responsibility for any unreasonable, unforeseeable internet-related accidents/crimes that may happen as far as cyber security goes.

  5. We offer delivery options primarily via Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST); and they offer Nationwide and worldwide delivery. You may request an alternative service, but we reserve our right to turn down that request.

  6. As of now, we accept all payments via Bank Transfer into the accounts of our Parent company Headke Enterprises Ltd.

  7. We do not accept liability for damage done by any third party once your order has left our control.

  8. We handle customer issues on a case-by-case basis, and welcome ALL customers to contact us directly about issues they may have with the services that we provide, or the products that they purchase from us. All products come with warning and use labels, and we recommend all customers read and use them according to directions given.

  9. We may refuse you access to our website and change all and any aspect of it as we desire, at any time we wish.

  10. We do not collect and store any payment information of our customers.
