ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?

Yes. All prices are inclusive of VAT, so there are no surprise additions at checkout. The only additional cost at checkout will be the delivery cost for International customers. DELIVERY IS FREE IN NIGERIA.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do via EMS.

If you have a preferred alternative (e.g. DHL), or waiting times do not appeal to you, please contact us directly to place your order offline.

HOW DO I ORDER AN ITEM OFF THE WEBSITE?

The steps to make a payment are:

  1. Put your desired Oh Nine! Ninety items in the basket/cart.

  2. View your cart (by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page).

  3. Proceed to check out.

  4. Insert your contact and shipping details into the relevant forms.

  5. Choose the mode of shipping you prefer.

  6. Complete/Finalize your order.​

  7. When an order has been made, you will be sent an order confirmation email with your Order Number.


We will start to process your order as soon as payment is made. And send you shipping confirmation when it has been shipped.

Please give a valid contact number with each order, as the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) requires it in case there is some difficulty getting your order to you.

All customers are very welcome to get in contact with us over questions they may have concerning order processing, or making an order.

This is especially so if you are having difficulty figuring out how to place an order, or if you desire an order be sent through an alternative means besides the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST), e.g. an International Courier Service like DHL, or FedEx.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales once paid for and confirmed are final; and purchased items cannot be returned or refunded.

This does not affect any of your statutory consumer rights protected under Nigerian Law.

In the unlikely situation that you are dissatisfied with a purchase, or have received a **defective item, please get in touch with us within 3 working days of receiving the item to try and resolve the issue. We will deal with such issues on an individual basis.


**We do not accept liability for items damaged by delivery services. We always endeavour to package items to avoid all foreseeable transport stress to the goods.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM, SOUVENIR OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes, we take custom and wholesale handmade soap orders, but we have minimum order requirements, and need at least 4-6 weeks notice from the moment we accept to do the order to when it is to be fulfilled.
